Mochamad Sutami Attamimi is one of the founding partners of Attamimi & Zulfikar.
Mieky is an accomplished and versatile litigator and dispute resolution attorney. His practice spans a wide array of domains, including civil and commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, industrial relationship dispute, banking, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligation, land disputes, state administrative dispute, and general corporate affairs.

Mieky possesses a wealth of expertise, providing legal guidance and representation to a distinguished clientele, both domestic and international. His clients include a most prominent international school in Indonesia, multinational financial institutions both banks and non-banks, one of Indonesia’s largest privately-owned construction company, the pioneer behind Indonesia’s inaugural industrial estate development, a pioneering provider of fire, safety, and security solutions and services in Indonesia, the implementer of Indonesian Goverment’s revolutioner project of multi lane free flow toll payment system, a foundation with contentious origins closely tied to the second President of Indonesia, one of the foremost production companies in Indonesia’s entertainment industry, and even a religious institution serving as a creditor in a comprehensive debt restructuring endeavor.
Mieky holds a Sarjana Hukum degree, which is equivalent to a Juris Doctor, obtained from Diponegoro University. He is licensed to practice law in Indonesian courts and has an active involvement in various organizations of legal profession.
Mieky serves a prominent position as Head of Organizational and Membership Department of the South Jakarta Regional Board of Indonesian Advocates Association/Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (Peradi). Furthermore, he currently involved as a member of the Management Board, both for the National Board and the South Jakarta Regional Chapter of the Indonesian Bar Association/Asosiasi Advokat Indonesia (AAI), and is also serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA).

Adrian, with over a decade of extensive legal experience, has distinguished himself as a skilled litigator in various areas of law, including criminal, civil, commercial, and administrative matters. Before co-founding Attamimi & Zulfikar, he honed his skills at one of Indonesia’s top litigation law firms.
Adrian’s expertise covers a wide range of legal areas and deep knowledge. He excels in handling corruption cases, land and administrative disputes, commercial and industrial dispute resolution, debt restructuring and insolvency, and safeguarding intellectual property rights. His impressive track record includes successfully representing clients in high-profile corruption cases and numerous commercial and civil litigation cases in Indonesia, spanning industries such as agriculture, real estate, mining, banking, and even the world’s largest software company.
During his time at Parahyangan Catholic University, Adrian actively served as a legal staff volunteer at the Pengayoman Legal Aid Institute, which is affiliated with the university. Besides, he serves in Indonesian Advocates Asscoation/Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (Peradi) as a member of Department of Organizational and Membership of the Regional Board of South Jakarta.
